I experienced great service here - better than other locations. They accidentally made me a half salad instead of a whole. I don’t love complaining restaurants but the whole salad was pricy so I brought it up to an employee. Not only did he make it right by making me the other half of my salad, but he also gave me a free treat from the bakery glass. Best experience I’ve had at a Panera in a while!

I love bagels! Panera’s is one of my favorite restaurants. This location seems to be the best run location in Colorado Springs. I have placed four orders for rapid pick-up. Each order has been ready on time. The order is always right and the food is wonderful! The staff has been super friendly! I am so happy that I have found a Panera’s location that I can recommend! Now, I can get my morning bagel fix and not worry about mistakes! I am one very happy customer! Here’s a tip: You can freeze the bagels, then just thaw as you are ready to eat. It keeps them fresh for weeks.

Fantastic experience with the crew and a clean restaurant including the patio area. Their manager brought us our food directly because they were having problems with their pagers and we were unaware. He even offered to remake our food if it had gotten too cold.

Tried the broccoli and cheese soup with a bread bowl and a chocolate croissant. The bread was really good, and so was the soup, we tried out the chocolate croissant, and that was delicious as well, but it was not worth the near $5 in my opinion. The restaurant was clean. We were greeted and served promptly, and overall, a good experience!

great place to sit- get some lunch/breakfast and get a lot of work done. they have a lots of tables, plug points and Wifi is great to make it a 2nd office for people who want to take some break for working from home.

We had a TMobile offer. I've never been inside a Panera and I was surprised to see how big and calm the place was. The chicken sandwich was ok, a little dry but it was fine.

2/8/2023 Visiting Colorado Springs Colorado. I git a smokehouse whole chicken sandwich & a kitchen sink cookie [1st] time. Soooo,,, delicious
